Fagor amplía su capacidad productiva en Polonia

Fagor Electrodomésticos ha recibido un préstamo de COFIDES por valor de 7 millones de euros para financiar su expansión en Polonia.

Fagor Electrodomésticos opera en Polonia desde 1999, tras adquirir su filial, actualmente denominada Fagor Mastercook, que comercializa en el país marcas de reconocido prestigio como Mastercook, Fagor Gastro y De Dietrich.

La expansión de la actividad del Grupo en Polonia responde a un aumento de la demanda interna de electrodomésticos y ha requerido inversiones superiores a 38 millones de euros con el fin de modernizar las instalaciones y aumentar el catálogo de electrodomésticos fabricados.

Actualmente, las instalaciones en el país centroeuropeo cuentan con 2000 empleados y se prevé que la plantilla aumente hasta alcanzar los 3000 trabajadores en 2016.
