La creatividad de la empresa Alessi y las nuevas tecnologías se mezclan con la artesanía y la alta calidad de Valcucine en LaCucinaAlessi, un proyecto del arquitecto holandés Wiel Arets.

Como dice Alberto Alessi, LaCucinaAlessi está creada a partir de elementos característicos del diseño habitual de Wiel Arets: "Existe una tensión egular entre las partes. Sin ser minimalista, incluye un alto grado decomplejidad intelectual, pero junto con la practicidad y simplicidad de las formas, lo que permite obtener resultados de gran refinamiento".

Para este nuevo proyecto, diseñado específicamente para el mundo del contract, Wiel Arets ha ideado una pieza de Corian Glacier White, con bordes redondeados, que se caracteriza por la ausencia completa de juntas. Hay tres tipos de propuestas: una versión isla, una versión isla ampliada con dos columnas adicionales y una versión de pared, que puede ser variada y personalizada para satisfacer todas las necesidades.
