Ochenta clientes de Homag España Maquinaria asistieron al Primer Forum woodWOP, que tuvo lugar del 5 al 8 de febrero en las instalaciones de la firma en Montmeló (Barcelona).

A través de sesiones teóricas y prácticas, los gestores de este software de aplicación han compartido con los asistentes al seminario sugerencias, trucos y experiencias encaminados a optimizar los recursos existentes en cada empresa.

Kai Friebe, gestor de producto para el software de aplicación woodWOP, presentó a los clientes de HOMAG España Maquinaria las novedades de la versión 6.0 del programa y condujo una simulación con woodMotion en un centro de mecanizado Venture 316L de WEEKE.

Asimismo, anunció las novedades que Homag e-solutions prepara para la próxima primavera: el woodWOP 6.1 y el Plugin para CAD.

La formación se complementó con la exposición de novedades en tecnología de agregados, a cargo de Paolo La Rosa, gestor de producto Benz en Homag España, y la presentación de novedades de los software Imos y WoodCam, con demostraciones prácticas en diferentes máquinas de la show-room que la prestigiosa firma alemana tiene activa durante todo el año en su sede de Montmeló.

El primer Forum woodWOP de HOMAG España Maquinaria se cerró con un debate sobre las perspectivas de futuro del software de aplicación en maquinaria para la madera y el análisis de un caso práctico de un cliente que utiliza woodWOP 5.0 e importación DXF y de datos CAD 3D. Se trata de la firma MECAKIM / DECUSTIK, fabricante de paneles decorativos.
