Oportunidades para el mueble español en Abu Dhabi

ANIEME va a llevar a cabo un estudio de mercado en Abu Dhabi, con el fin de detectar y analizar en profundidad las oportunidades de negocio que ofrece este mercado para el mueble español.

Emiratos.La Asociación Nacional de Industriales y Exportadores de Muebles de España (ANIEME) ha organizado un viaje de prospección de mercado a Abu Dhabi para analizar las oportunidades de negocio para el mueble español. Para ello, personal técnico de la asociación se desplazará a este destino del 20 al 25 de noviembre para entrevistarse con importadores, arquitectos, diseñadores de interiores y prescriptores locales y analizar los principales canales de acceso al mercado.

Durante los últimos años, ANIEME ha analizado exhaustivamente el sector del mueble en mercados como Arabia Saudí, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrein y Omán, entre otros. Los proyectos inmobiliarios y el gran desarrollo urbanístico de la zona del Middle East hacen que las importaciones de mueble vayan en aumento, por lo que ANIEME considera que se trata de un área de interés para las empresas españolas del mueble.

En el caso concreto de Emiratos Árabes Unidos, destacar la variación del PIB de +3,3% en 2011 y la previsión de +3,9% para 2012, así como la inversión de 210.000 millones de USD para desarrollo de infraestructuras prevista hasta 2014.

El caso de Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi presenta proyectos tan importantes como los museos Guggenheim y Louvre en la Isla de la Cultura, la ciudad Ferrari y el Gran Premio de Fórmula 1 de Abu Dhabi, o la construcción del Centro Mundial de las Energías Renovables.

Además, según el estudio de la plataforma alemana Tophotelprojects.com, la mayoría de los hoteles en construcción a nivel mundial se concentra en Emiratos Árabes con 97 hoteles en construcción y un número total de 35.154 habitaciones en Dubai, que es la primera de las 11 ciudades con mayor desarrollo hotelero del mundo, seguida de cerca en el segundo lugar por Abu Dhabi con 66 nuevos hoteles en construcción y un total de 21.572 habitaciones.
