Indesit Company ha puesto en marcha un nuevo servicio de atención al cliente para atender al máximo nivel las necesidades de post-venta de los consumidores.

Este nuevo servicio proporciona en la actualidad un nivel de atención de un 94%, con una cobertura del 55% del territorio nacional.

Este nuevo centro de recepción de llamadas está ubicado en París y da cobertura a toda Europa Occidental. Está conformado por especialistas del departamento de Servicio Técnico de las oficinas de España y Francia. El Call Center realiza un seguimiento exclusivo del servicio de postventa de las marcas Indesit y Hotpoint, ya que atiende todas las llamadas que se realicen tanto al servicio técnico ante cualquier incidencia, como al departamento de atención al usuario.

Con tan solo marcar el 902 133 133, el usuario puede contar con asistencia rápida y directa en caso de avería o simplemente para formular una consulta que le permita sacar el máximo rendimiento a su electrodoméstico.

Este proyecto es una apuesta que la compañía ha realizado en el mercado de Europa Occidental con el objetivo principal de mejorar el nivel de satisfacción del usuario final, trabajando así no sólo en la oferta de productos cada día más innovadores, sino también en la mejora continua de la atención al usuario de los aparatos.
