El Roca Barcelona Gallery ha sido galardonado con el premio Good Design is Good Business en reconocimiento a su excelencia empresarial.

El Roca Barcelona Gallery ha sido galardonado con el prestigioso premio de la revista Architectural Record en la categoría de Good Design is Good Business por la innovación y excelencia que ésta representa.

 

Ubicado en Barcelona, el Roca Barcelona Gallery ha sido desarrollado en colaboración con el reconocido estudio de arquitectura OAB (Office of Architecture in Barcelona) de la mano de Borja, Lucía y Carlos Ferrater.


 
El edificio dispone de 2.400 m2 distribuidos en tres plantas donde se explican de forma amena aspectos relevantes de la historia de la marca, se muestra de manera didáctica los elementos relacionados con el mundo del diseño, la innovación y la sostenibilidad, y se presenta una amplia selección de los productos más innovadores de Roca. Es un espacio arquitectónico interactivo y singular dotado de avanzadas técnicas que, junto a modernos equipamientos audiovisuales, sonoros y de  iluminación, transportan al visitante a un espacio de última generación. Un sistema de detección por zonas y un amplio despliegue de pantallas táctiles también permiten que el visitante interactúe con el edificio.
 
La fachada del edificio se caracteriza por un sistema de iluminación complejo, formado por tiras de cristal, iluminadas por 4.200 leds azules que recrean el efecto del agua, elemento fundamental asociado a Roca.
