Encuentro franco-español sobre rehabilitación ecológica

El próximo 15 de marzo tendrá lugar en la Fundación Caja Madrid un encuentro profesional franco-español dedicado a proyectos de rehabilitación y diferentes técnicas de construcción ecológica.

El mercado de la rehabilitación en España posee un fuerte potencial de desarrollo, dado que la mitad del parque de viviendas tiene una edad superior a 80 años. Hay que adaptar los edificios antiguos (12 millones en más de 30 años) a las nuevas normativas debido a que presentan carencias de aislamiento térmico y acústico, de accesibilidad y, por supuesto, de habitabilidad (riesgos y accidentes graves, como incendios, escapes de agua, explosiones de gas, etc..).

Por eso, la agencia Unifrance (homóloga del Icex en Francia), ha organizado un encuentro profesional franco-español dedicado a proyectos de rehabilitación y diferentes técnicas de construcción ecológica.

Concebido para fomentar el intercambio técnico-comercial entre constructores, arquitectos, paisajistas, diseñadores, fabricantes, distribuidores, importadores e ingenierías de ambos países, este encuentro representa la ocasión ideal para los profesionales españoles de conocer, aumentar y diversificar su oferta, así como de mantener entrevistas individuales B2B con los asistentes.

Una docena de marcas francesas ya han confirmado su participación, durante la cual presentarán algunos de sus productos: materiales de construcción sostenible (aislamientos acústico/térmico), impermeabilización, estructuras exteriores, suelos y revestimientos murales, fachadas, ventilación, climatización, etc.

Los visitantes podrán actualizar sus conocimientos sobre el mercado español de la rehabilitación y construcción, gracias a las ponencias que se impartirán a lo largo de la mañana, y que versarán sobre múltiples temas, entre ellos: proyectos de rehabilitación – Ayuntamiento y Comunidad de Madrid; una obra de rehabilitación – Estudio de arquitectura de Dominique Perrault; el Mercado de la rehabilitación en España – KALAM constructora; ea eficiencia energética en los edificios españoles – IDAE.
