Construmat da más espacio a la piedra natural

Fira de Barcelona ha firmado un acuerdo con la Federación Española de Piedra Natural para ampliar la superficie de exposición de las empresas de su sector en la próxima edición del salón de la construcción, Construmat.

La decisión ha venido por una petición expresa de la patronal del sector para contar en el mejor escaparate a nivel nacional del mercado de la construcción todas las novedades referentes a la piedra natural y a sus empresas.

En estos momentos, el mercado español de la Piedra Natural está compuesto por 3.000 empresas que dan empleo a 30.000 personas. La mayoría de estas se encuentran en Almería, donde la Piedra Natural representa la primera industria.

La directora del salón, Pilar Navarro, ha visto con buenos ojos el incremento de la presencia de este sector en la superficie expositiva de Construmat y considera que esta colaboración aportará un nuevo valor añadido a la oferta del certamen.
