Silestone equipa el BCulinary Center

El BCulinary Center es la primera Universidad de Ciencias Gastronómicas de España y la segunda de Europa y será la primera a nivel mundial que integre además de la propia facultad un centro de I+ D.

Silestone ha sido la encimera elegida para las cocinas del prestigioso BCulinary Center, una iniciativa que nace como referente internacional en el mundo de las ciencias gastronomicas y la alta cocina.

La firma del acuerdo tuvo lugar el pasado 26 de enero, en Madrid. Estuvieron presentes el Director de BCulinary Center, Joxe Mari Aizega y el Director de Comunicación y Marketing de Silestone, Santiago Alfonso.

Ubicado en San Sebastián (España), el centro comenzará a funcionar en 2011 con dos grandes pilares: una Facultad de Ciencias Gastronómicas y un Centro de Investigación e Innovación. Ambos centros, la facultad y el centro de I + D, la convertirán en única en el mundo con esas caracteristicas.

Esta Universidad de las Ciencias Gastronómicas contará con cuatro aulas polivalentes, entre las que se encuentran varias cocinas donde, la marca líder en encimeras de cuarzo, Silestone ha sido el producto elegido para las encimeras. En total 500 m2 de Silestone equiparán las cocinas en las que se formarán los alumnos.
