Los comerciantes de electrodomésticos seguirán pagando a 90 días

FECE, Federación Española de Comerciantes de Electrodomésticos recomendará a sus asociados pagar a los proveedores según la Ley de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista.

De acuerdo con la decisión adoptada en su última Junta Directiva celebrada el pasado 14 de enero, FECE recomendará a todos sus asociados (los principales representantes del comercio minorista de electrodomésticos de España) que continúen acogiéndose a los plazos de pago a proveedores -principalmente fabricantes de electrodomésticos- establecidos en la LORCOMIN (Ley de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista Ley 7/1996).

Y lo hace apoyándose en un informe emitido recientemente por el Ministerio de Industria Turismo y Comercio que dictamina que esta ley sigue vigente en lo referente a periodos de pago a fabricantes, estableciendo el límite en 90 días, salvo pacto en contrario, en lugar de en los días que estipula la Ley de Morosidad en las Operaciones Comerciales (Ley 15/2010);.
 
Para FECE, la doctrina adoptada por la Subdirección General de Comercio y avalada por prestigiosos despachos de abogados españoles, viene a garantizar la viabilidad operativa de una fórmula que permitirá la supervivencia en el mercado de más del 60% del tejido comercial del electrodoméstico, precisamente la que tiene que ver con el canal minorista y tradicional.
