Cómo afrontar la internacionalización

ANIEME participa hoy, miércoles 1 de diciembre, en el curso de alta dirección de AIDIMA, en una jornada sobre cómo resolver los problemas de las empresas en vías de internacionalización.

Bajo el título Expansión internacional, cómo resolver los problemas de las empresas en vías de internacionalización, Amparo Bertomeu e Inmaculada Rey, Directora General y Subdirectora de la Asociación Nacional de Industriales y Exportadores de Muebles de España (ANIEME) imparten hoy la jornada del curso de formación para la Alta Dirección Innovando en la gestión empresarial, organizado por AIDIMA con el objetivo de desarrollar la visión estratégica que permita abordar con éxito los mercados internacionales.

La jornada desarrollará, entre otros aspectos, la necesidad o el por qué de la internacionalización, y cómo está el sector de la madera y mueble respecto de la misma, aportando una visión de los diferentes mercados y ejemplos de la actuación de empresas posicionadas en los mismos.

Bertomeu y Rey expondrán diferentes modelos de internacionalización, así como los instrumentos de promoción internacional, utilizando diferentes tipo de herramientas, e informando sobre las ayudas existentes para la internacionalización de las empresas.

En la jornada participará también Juan de Dios Crespo, abogado del despacho Ruiz Huerta & Crespo, responsable de la sección internacional y comercial, así como conferenciante en diversos cursos y seminarios de formación sobre contratación internacional y autor de diversos artículos relacionados con este ámbito. La experiencia de Crespo en procedimientos de  contratación internacional, aportará una visión integral de aquellos aspectos fundamentales para establecer acuerdos empresariales de carácter internacional.

La jornada finalizará con una mesa redonda en la que participarán tres empresas posicionadas internacionalmente, como son POINT Nature & Livestyle, SANCAL Diseño, e SpainConcept, que aportarán su experiencia profesional en un entorno globalizado.

Con esta jornada se cierra la tercera edición de este curso sobre módulos de especialización en gestión de la innovación en las industrias de la madera y mueble. Este ciclo de conferencias ha facilitado a las empresas diversas herramientas que les permiten realizar el análisis y la valoración de los aspectos que inciden en una gestión innovadora.
