Fagor no ha querido faltar a la cita gastronómica que arrancó ayer en San Sebastián y que contará con la colaboración de los mejores chefs del mundo, hasta el 24 de noviembre.

Se trata de la XII edición del Congreso Internacional San Sebastián Gastronomika, donde los cocineros internacionales más prestigiosos ponen a prueba su destreza en unas jornadas populares de gran nivel.

Fagor está a la altura de los más profesionales de la cocina gracias al amplio abanico de productos de Menaje Profesional con los que cuenta en su nuevo catálogo, y que pueden verse desde ayer y hasta el próximo 24 de noviembre en San Sebastián. Además, en su stand, Fagor está elaborando diferentes degustaciones en vivo y en directo para los visitantes al congreso.

En este marco gastronómico, Fagor aprovecha está presentando su nuevo catálogo de menaje profesional 2011 y una nueva familia de pequeña maquinaria con propuestas muy innovadoras para la cocina, como la plancha a gas o el grill, realizados en una sola pieza para no acumular la suciedad en ellos y  hacer su limpieza más fácil. Otra de sus propuestas es la nueva freidora, que dispone de un sistema que avisa del deterioro del aceite, y su tostadora que incorpora bandejas independientes y extraíbles que permiten un control de cada una de las filas de resistencias, garantizando el máximo resultado bajo la mayor seguridad.
