El Salón Internacional de la Maquinaria y Equipamiento para Restauración, Hotelería y Colectividades cerró el pasado martes las puertas de una edición que los profesionales participantes han considerado muy satisfactoria.

Más de 700 empresas, cerca de 62.000 visitantes y el volumen de negocios que se han llevado a cabo durante estos cinco días han dejado un buen sabor de boca: los profesionales, tanto expositores como visitantes, se han mostrado satisfechos de los contactos y negocios realizados.

Las empresas presentes han destacado la calidad de los visitantes del certamen, en su mayor parte empresarios, directores de compras de empresas hosteleras y distribuidores con poder de decisión sobre las adquisiciones.

En opinión de Jordi Roure, presidente del salón y de la Federación Española de Asociaciones de Fabricantes de Maquinaria para Hostelería, Colectividades e Industrias Afines (FELAC), el clima en el sector es de moderado optimismo de cara al futuro próximo, y así lo avala el volumen de negocios que se han cerrado estos días en el salón. Roure ha añadido: Tras un 2009 en que se registraron descensos en la facturación, las cifras provisionales del segundo semestre de este año indican una reactivación del mercado, y esta edición de Hostelco ha sido el reflejo de este moderado repunte.

El salón volverá a presentar las novedades de su sector en noviembre 2012 en Fira de Barcelona.
