El salón internacional de equipamiento para restauración, hostelería y colectividades abrirá sus puertas del 5 al 9 de noviembre en la Fira de Barcelona.

Como en anteriores ediciones, el salón volverá a contar con la destacada presencia de empresas del sector de la cocina, principalmente fabricantes de encimeras y electrodomésticos, que tienen en el segmento profesional parte de su negocio.

En total, Hostelco contará con cerca de 700 expositores pertenecientes a los sectores de Equipos y Maquinaria para la hostelería; Menaje y servicio de mesa; Gestión, control, informática y seguridad; Textiles y uniformes; y Mobiliario y decoración.

El salón, líder en España y segundo en Europa de su sector, dispone además, de cuatro ámbitos con identidad propia: Área Café; Expolimp, dedicado a la limpieza profesional; Food Service, la alimentación para el canal Horeca (Hotelería, Restauración y Catering), e Intervending, sobre la distribución automática y completo programa de actividades.
