Electrolux España ha sido seleccionada entre las mejores
empresas para trabajar por la CRF, dedicada a identificar los máximos exponentes en RR HH, Estrategia y Liderazgo.

Electrolux Major Appliances España forma parte de una lista de un total de 63 empresas -entre las que figuran Repsol YPF, Telefónica España o Caja Madrid-, que han sido evaluadas a través de un cuestionario de 75 preguntas y sometidas a entrevistas para comprobar su estatus de líder en el desarrollo del talento.

Las compañías seleccionadas han dado especialmente la talla en alguno de los cinco criterios de evaluación que Accenture, en colaboración con CRF, han definido para elegir a las “Empresas TOP para trabajar 2007”: condiciones laborales, ambiente y cultura de trabajo, compromiso con la sociedad, desarrollo del talento y apuesta por la innovación.

Electrolux Major Appliances España ha destacado en importantes puntos, como el elevado número de mujeres en toda la empresa -con una presencia muy notable en el comité de dirección- , y también por ser una empresa muy participativa y democrática, gracias a su política de puertas abiertas y de escucha a las ideas de los empleados. Por otra parte, la investigación también ha hallado que es una empresa con gran flexibilidad horaria y con una gran apuesta por la formación y desarrollo de los empleados.
