Elica, una de las 50 empresas europeas donde se trabaja mejor

Por tercer año consecutivo, Elica ha vuelto a aparecer entre las 50 empresas europeas donde se trabaja mejor. Además, este año mejora su posicionamiento en el ranking respecto al año pasado.

En este año 2010, Elica aparece en el puesto número 28 en una clasificación elaborada por Great Place to Work Institute. Dicha clasificación involucra a un total de 100 empresas europeas, subdivididas en dos categorías: pymes y grandes compañías. Todas ellas han sido seleccionadas entre más de 1.300 empresas de 17 países diferentes.

Esta clasificación se ha basado en una serie de cuestionarios cumplimentados por los mismos trabajadores de las empresas. Francesco Casoli, presidente ejecutivo del grupo, afirmó el año pasado que las personas que trabajan para Elica son el verdadero capital de la sociedad.

A pesar de que Elica ha vivido momentos de dificultad debido a la crisis mundial, la compañía ha invertido en su equipo humano y ha incrementado los recursos destinados a iniciativas especialmente creadas para aquellos que trabajan en la compañía.
