Silestone patrocina un año más la Cumbre Internacional de Gastronomía, Madrid Fusión, que en esta edición de 2010 se bautiza como El teatro de las Ideas.

El Grupo Cosentino ha aprovechado el marco de este congreso para firmar un acuerdo de colaboración con Aldeas Infantiles SOS España, a través del cual la firma se adhiere a la plataforma empresarial en calidad de Constructor de Futuro.  El acto contó con la presencia de Francisco Martínez-Cosentino, presidente del grupo, y Karlos Arguiñano. En el mismo, se presentó la nueva serie de Silestone, Love2You, que nace con un marcado carácter solidario, ya que Cosentino se ha comprometido a donar una parte de las ventas de estas encimeras a Aldeas Infantiles.

Por otra parte, Silestone patrocinará el debate El mito de los alimentos naturales, que tendrá como protagonistas a los científicos Francisco García Olmedo y Juan Felipe Carrasco.

Asimismo, los cocineros más relevantes de ámbito internacional que se dan cita en este congreso podrán cocinar sus mejores creaciones sobre encimeras Silestone, ya que formarán parte de la cocina del auditorio principal, así como las mesas de apoyo del backstage de los diferentes escenarios. Para esta ocasión, los colores de Silestone elegidos para el auditorio han sido: Celeste Stellar, Blanco Zeus y Blanco Maple. Los colores Verde Fun, Azul Enjoy, Magenta Energy y blanco Zeus darán vida a la zona del backstage.

El Instituto Silestone para la Higiene en la Cocina también participa en Madrid Fusión con la presentación de la nueva edición de su Guía práctica de seguridad alimentaria. Esta nueva edición incluye normativa europea y española actualizada así como la introducción al nuevo concepto Sistemas Pasivos de Seguridad Alimentaria.
