BSH y la Asociación Tutelar Asistencial de Discapacitados Intelectuales (ATADES), se adhieren al programa de inserción laboral Incorpora para velar por de la inserción laboral de personas en situación o riesgo de exclusión social.

El Centro Especial de Empleo Oliver, perteneciente a ATADES, provee componentes a una de las plantas zaragozanas de BSH Electrodomésticos España desde hace más de una década. De este modo, la compañía logra la obtención de un trabajo de calidad al tiempo que los trabajadores del centro pueden, con su integración en el mundo laboral, mejorar sus relaciones con el entorno familiar y social.

El Centro Especial de Empleo Oliver tiene por objeto asegurar un empleo remunerado y la prestación de servicios de ajuste personal y social a sus trabajadores con discapacidad, ofreciendo a los empleados una formación continua, a la vez que han de construir un medio de integración del mayor número de estos trabajadores al régimen de trabajo normalizado. En la actualidad da empleo a más de 180 personas con discapacidad intelectual.

Jesús Fernández, Director de Recursos Humanos de BSH Electrodomésticos España, S.A., afirmó en el acto de firma del convenio que “el apoyo a las personas con discapacidad va más allá del deber o la obligación: para BSH es una filosofía”. Ana María López, presidenta de ATADES, por su parte, concluyó que “la colaboración del sector empresarial resulta esencial en el logro de la inserción laboral de personas con discapacidad”.
