VKG España celebra su Convención 2007

VKG España celebró del 25 al 27 de mayo en Barcelona su Convención Anual 2007. El evento tuvo lugar en el Hotel Fira Palace y contó la colaboración de Franke y Cetelem.

Por parte de MHK Group, agrupación número uno en Europa dedicada al comercio especializado de muebles de cocina que incluye bajo el “paraguas” de su grupo las diferentes sociedades de VKG en Europa, asistió toda la cúpula directiva, encabezada por el Sr.Strothoff, evidenciando la importancia que VKG España tiene para el grupo MHK.

Ramón Miranda, Gerente de VKG España, habló que la concentración del sector de la distribución vendrá a redundar en beneficio de las grandes asociaciones como VKG (MHK Group), gracias a la mejora de la oferta y calidad de sus servicios, y a las sinergias que aporta pertenercer a un grupo líder en Europa.

Por su parte, Hans Strothoff, fundador y presidente de la junta directiva de MHK Group, incidió en su exposición en las prometedoras perspectivas que se presentan para el socio y la organización, basada en la nueva dimensión del mayor colectivo de Europa, y en la fuerza que reside en la unión.

En la tarde del sábado 26 tuvo lugar la Junta General 2007, donde se presentaron los resultados de 2006, se realizó el reparto de dividendos y entre otros asuntos se procedió a la renovación del Consejo, al que se inorporan Trinidad Tarazaga , Juan José Hermosa, y Miguel Angel Morro.
