Éxito de la Convención Anual de SATs de Frigicoll

El pasado 16 de febrero tuvo lugar en las instalaciones de Frigicoll en Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona) la I Convención Nacional de Servicios Frigicoll Electrodoméstico durante la que se dieron cita un total de 60 SATs.
Frigicoll cuenta actualmente con aproximadamente 80 servicios técnicos de la División de Electrodomésticos repartidos por toda España de los que un 80% acudieron a esta I Convención.

Durante este encuentro, se explicó que para mantener y mejorar el nivel de calidad del servicio postventa ofrecido hasta ahora, es necesario un refuerzo de los canales de comunicación e información con la Red de Servicios con el objetivo de conseguir el máximo nivel de calidad de servicio.

Durante la Convención se acordaron también medidas como la potenciación y mejoras del portal profesional, la puesta en marcha de una nueva Base de Datos Técnica, llevar a cabo nuevos programas de formación, protocolos de seguimiento de incidencias y un seguimiento de los ratios de Calidad de Servicio por SAT.

La reunión permitió sentar las bases de una nueva etapa de colaboración entre Frigicoll y los componentes de su Red de Servicios de las marcas Amana, Liebherr y Sholtès.
