Acuerdo para la clasificación profesional en el sector

Confemadera, Fecoma-CC.OO. y MCA-UGT llegan a un principio de acuerdo para la clasificación profesional en el sector, que afectará a 282.000 personas ocupadas en 40.000 empresas
La Confederación Española de Empresarios de la Madera, Confemadera, y los sindicatos FECOMA-CC.OO. y MCA-UGT firmaron el pasado miércoles 10 de enero un preacuerdo en materia de clasificación profesional en el sector. Con este acuerdo, que afecta a 282.000 personas ocupadas en 40.000 empresas, se modernizan los recursos humanos del sector de la madera y se pone fin a un capítulo que quedaba pendiente del II Convenio Estatal.

Con este acuerdo se procurará la clasificación profesional de los trabajadores en función de la formación, la experiencia, la responsabilidad y la complejidad que cada puesto de trabajo requiere. De esta forma, según el puesto de trabajo, los trabajadores quedan adscritos a un determinado grupo profesional.

Los grupos profesionales establecidos por Confemadera y los sindicatos comprenden todo el organigrama de las compañías, desde altos directivos, pasando por los mandos intermedios hasta las tareas auxiliares. En cada uno de estos grupos profesionales se especifican un salario mínimo sectorial, la formación requerida y las tareas a realizar.
