Bosch participa en el congreso Navarra Gourmet

La firma patrocina la III edición del congreso Navarra Gourmet, que se celebrará la semana próxima en Pamplona.

Bosch tendrá presencia en la cocina del escenario de la Sala de Cámara del Palacio de Congresos Baluarte en Pamplona y en la II Pasarela del Pincho y Vino de Navarra.

Navarra Gourmet es el mayor evento internacional que se ha celebrado hasta ahora en la Comunidad Foral. Está organizado por el Gobierno de Navarra y coordinado por el Instituto de Calidad Agroalimentaria de Navarra (ICAN), en colaboración con asociaciones, denominaciones de origen, profesionales del gremio y empresas del mundo gastronómico.

Esta fiesta de la gastronomía tendrá lugar en Pamplona los días 18, 19 y 20 de mayo, y su acto inaugural será conducido por los presentadores de La Sexta, El Gran Wyoming y Usun Yoon. Se contará con la presentación de los mejores platos y recetas de Ferrán Adriá, Martín Berasategui o Pedro Subijana entre otros chefs europeos de renombre.

Del programa del congreso destacan El XXI salón de la Hostelería de Navarra, Los IV Premios Eva, Alimenta 09 o El Recetario Histórico, para el cual Bosch aporta toda la tecnología de cocina.
