Miele, en la escuela de cocina Coquus

Miele ha equipado con sus nuevos aparatos de la Gama Cocción 2009 la escuela de cocina Coquus de Barcelona, en la que además los clientes de la compañía podrán realizar cursos de Cocina Activa.

Miele ha firmado un acuerdo de colaboración con el director de la escuela de cocina Coquus y referente en la cocina de fusión asiática, Julio López (en la imagen), para proporcionar a la escuela sus últimos productos de la Gama Cocción 2009.

El acuerdo ofrece además a los usuarios de Miele la oportunidad de realizar cursos de Cocina Activa organizados por la escuela Coquus, ubicada en el barrio de Gracia de Barcelona.

Fruto de esta colaboración, el pasado 19 de marzo, la Japan Foundation y el Consulado General del Japón en Barcelona organizaron una demostración de cocina japonesa de Kaiseki de primavera que se celebró en la prestigiosa escuela Coquus, donde maestros como Hiroshi Sokawa, Hiroaki Yamagishi y Shintaro Terada prepararon todas las recetas con los aparatos de Miele.
