ERE temporal rotatorio en Roca

Roca y los sindicatos han acordado un ERE temporal rotatorio, lo que significa que las plantas de Madrid y Sevilla seguirán abiertas y los trabajadores recibirán el 80% del sueldo bruto durante el periodo en que estén desempleados.

El anuncio de Roca Sanitarios de realizar un ERE para suspender durante un año el contrato de 1.030 trabajadores del centro productivo de Gavà, 602 de Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) y 358 de Alcalá de Guadaira (Sevilla) se ha quedado en un ERE temporal rotatorio.

La mesa negociadora y la dirección de Roca han llegado a un principio de acuerdo para realizar este tipo de ERE durante un año a 1.990 trabajadores, lo que evitará el cierre de las fábricas de Madrid y Sevilla durante 10 meses. CCOO valora el acuerdo, ya que el ERE rotatorio evita que las instalaciones de Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) y Alcalá de Guadaira (Sevilla) permanezcan cerradas durante diez meses, lo que suponía el consiguiente envío al paro de los trabajadores.

Durante el período en el que permanezcan desempleados, la empresa abonará a los trabajadores un complemento que, sumado al importe bruto de la prestación de paro, llegará al 80% del sueldo bruto, y además pagará el 100% de las pagas extras, las vacaciones y la paga de vinculaciones.
