La sede de Cata se traslada a Madrid

El fabricante de electrodomésticos Cata, con sede en la localidad Barcelonesa de Torelló, ha decidido comunicar el traslado de su sede a Madrid, debido al proceso independentista que se vive en Cataluña.

25.10.2017 Cata ha colgado un cartel en sus instalaciones en el que informa del cambio de sede social, Ssgún la información difundida por el diario económico Expansión.

Tal como afirma el rotativo salmón, la compañía de Torelló, fabricante de electrodomésticos de gama blanca con especial peso en las familias de cocción, ha alquilado unas oficinas en la capital de España para hacer efectivo su cambio de sede.

El motivo del traslado es el de las más de mil compañías catalanas que han hecho lo mismo en las últimas semanas como consecuencia de las tensiones del proceso secesionista iniciado por el Govern de la Generalitat: reforzar la seguridad jurídica de la empresa, proteger los intereses de sus clientes y trabajadores, y garantizar su operativa habitual. Hace unos días, el mayorista tecnológico Ingram Micro también anunció el traslado de su sede de Barcelona a Madrid

Cata Electrodomésticos fue fundada el año 1947 y en la actualidad forma parte de la luxemburgesa CNA Group, propietaria de las marcas Cata, Apelson, Nodor y Edesa Industrial (anterior Fagor Electrodomésticos).

La facturación de Cata Electrodomésticos en 2016 rondó los 70 millones de euros.
